Don’t use a people finder before you read this. This is especially meant for those who have never used them before. The article provides some key information about these finders i.e. what to expect and what you need to do.

There are a number of people finders being launched online every day. Half of those do not deliver as required. Of course there is the other half that’s just great. The warning I provide below does apply to both groups i.e. the good and the bad.

· There are paid and free people finders: some of the sites allow you to access their database to find people free i.e. without having to pay a cent while some charge you a certain fee. In fact at first glance, a site may look like it offers free services by letting you search using at least one variable (or piece of information) free and then will charge you for the rest.

· They collect your personal information: in some sites, you are required to provide you personal details so they can let you have access to their membership area. You need to be sure you are ready to do this before you start looking for any free people finder online.

· Some are not certified or verified: every one of these sites need to follow some certain business standards before they can offer their services to the public. Most often verified sites have indicators within the site - usually on the footer stating their certification.

· Some do not comply to The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA): in fact a number of owners of people finders do not know about privacy policy laws and do not even bother to find out about them.

· They do not have a privacy policy statement: I consider this vital for any site that collects and uses people’s information. Every website that is used to find a person free must have a privacy policy statement stating how they use the information you provide, whether they sell it or give it to 3rd party advertisers and business partners.

· Make sure the pay for search site is certified or verified somehow so that they have to follow some standards of business before you purchase anything from them and that they can protect your privacy when you buy from them.

I want to show you three different ways to get creative! I will cover three different fields, so there will be something for everyone. The three different fields are reading, knitting and making a photo calendar.

The second idea, although I must admit that most probably this will appeal more to women, is to knit a nice looking cap for the colder season. WeSC clothing is a clothing brand from Sweden. They are notorious for the pastel colours and simple designs featured on their clothes. WeSC stands for We are the Superlative Conspiracy which represents the clothing brands mentality. WeSC clothing is individual and stylish and they have also moved into the music market. With so many urban streetwear clothing labels out there, it can be hard to choose which brand fits in with your style. Especially as these clothing styles have their own individual niches. Urban clothing is mostly made up of clothing brands either worn or owned by hip hop and rap artists. Streetwear brands are more likely to be started by graffiti artists or designers that use innovative art techniques to produce clothing designs. There is also a more high end of the streetwear market that caters for a more high fashion look. This is because of the style being taken on by designer labels and high street shops.

Try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees. This will allow for your body to put less pressure on your back muscles.
